don't feel bad...i don't care for bugs either....but for mine it seems to be one of the few sources of calcium they will eat....i was able to do it. by buying a couple small fish bowls...(like the ones beta fish come in) i powder the crickets with rep-cal w/ vit d3, and put them in the bowl....the glass is too smooth for the bugs to climb or hop out, and the gliders can get in the bowl and get them....just make sure the bowl is secured to something...like the side of the cage with small wire or something...just so the gliders don't knock it ober and hurt themselves.....
there isn't too much crunching when they eat them...just alot of lip smacking...lol...sometimes i like to watch, so i'll let the babies outta their cage and put a few crickets ont he floor so they can feel like they are hunting them...well hope this gives you some ideas.
