It DID take a while for them to get the hint for me too... I dont have any dogs, but my darned kids where the same way! :)

I have never successfully recreated the sounds my critters make... and when I try... well, they just make them louder than mine and I feel like they're teasing me... saying "Keep trying, but you'll never get it... hehe!!"
