I think you should start introducing him
as soon as you get him. Don't let them share
a cage, but they should be able to sleep together
a bit-supervised of course, and inspect eachother
a little at a time. It probably would be easier on your
baby boy to go from his parents to another glider
than to all alone. Gwenny will be excited to have a friend
too.

I think they will tell you when they are ready to
share a cage and you can trust them not to hurt
eachother.
