When we feed Mel and Syd mealworms, I take the container out of the fridge, while the gals are on my shoulder. As soon as they see the container, they go wild. They run down my arm and try to get the lid off. Anyway, I open the lid and let them pick out the worm of their choice. I do this several times till they've each had a few. That way, I don;t have to touch them, they don;t wiggle out of a bowl, I know how many worms each glider gets, and best of all they associate this treat with me.
