Well my love for sugargliders has turned into an obsession. I now have two breeding pairs. And a
young pair, who should be breeding in a few months. I have recently had four joey's and am selling
them right from the pouch. I do try to screen my adoptee's. I tell them money back if they can't give
them the time and love they need!!! Does anyone know if SG's need a rest from breeding? One of my
females, Chip is on her third time. She is healty, I feed her well, and keep all my gliders happy. But I
don't want to jepordise her health. I have not had any of the problems I've read about. Have any ideas?
Write me. Thanks

just like humans it would be very hard on the mothers body to have babys over and over again without a
break. I've read that sg's can have up to 3 litters a year. if you don't want to give her a month or two of
break between litters then I would at least give her a 1 month break between every 2. just think of it
this way. the more recovery time you give her between pregnancys the longer she may live. If you
bread her constantly it WILL take it's toll. hope you think of your sg's as pets and not just breeding
stock.
hope this helps

selling them "right from the pouch"? At what age do you let them go to their new owners? Do you have USDA license?
