I have a female who has 2 babies (I think) in her pouch. I am wondering if I can feed them something when they are old enough to leave her pouch so that they become Hand fed, like some exotic birds are. The male that I have is very aggressive, and barks very loud, and nips at me. The female is very loving. How do I get the male to become less aggressive. He has had an eye uinfection that I have had a vet treat, so I know he has been very uncomfortable, just wondering if there is any advice or suggestions that anyone might have. Thanks, Lucie

You need to elt the parents wen them. It can be dangerous to the joeys if they do not get their mothers milk. The father teaches the babies what to eat..so they need him to teach them. Once they are 8 weeks oop and able to eat on their own, poop, and pee on their own..then you can seperate them from the parents. If you spend loyts of time with them they will be sweet babies...you don't have to handfeed them for that. Just give them lots and lots of licky treats...and hold them often.
