my gliders sleep in my room in the basement, ive had them for two and a half weeks, theres a window in the room with whta i feel is definatley enough day light to let them know day and night, they normally went to sleep at about 8 am and woke up at 11 pm. but for some reason now they get up at 5 to 6 AM, and go to bed at 4 pm, whats wrong and is this unhealthy, they seem fine and theye are very lively and playful.
