Bump? Are you sure you mean bump or do you mean bald spot? Males have a scent gland on top of their head and also on their chest where they scent mark their mate and surroundings by rubbing that spot against things but if you truly mean a bump then I don't know. The bald spot is actually where the hair separates some from the scent stuff coming out and some hair will be lost due to rubbing...hope this cleared things up for you but if it's a bump then that might be a problem.
