OKAY FINALLY !!!
okay the final, final, final.. NO MORE changes for the hotel arrangements.
We are working on a website, we ask all that is or has registered, go to that site for further info. When we get it done, I will post it too.
ALL reservations that have been made at this hotel for the SGGA will reflect these new changes. That includes those that are coming in early and staying later.
All rooms single and double (1 or 2 beds) are 40.00 for the first person and 7.00 for each additional person added per night.
Please keep the number to a minimum in each room. No more than 4 people per room will be permitted. In order to keep these rates locked, we must reserve blocks of rooms. We can only reserve blocks of room until March 31st, after that time, it will be on an availability basis. So please reserve as soon as possible.
Please contact me after you have reserved, in order for me to know who to expect and when you are coming in. Whether or not you are flying in or driving. and Whether or not you are bringing your gliders and the names of the people in your party. How many gliders you have in your home.
I know this has been a bit confusing but when we discussed this this last week I was not happy with the rates as they were in the past. This however does please me.
The old rates of 30.00 per person per room would have been 60.00 for 2 people it is now 47.00, for three it is 54.00 PLUS TAX , that is per room per night. Children 17 and under stay free. (they won't let us throw them into a box and hide them in the closet).
There is a 7.00 non refundable charge, per ROOM with gliders, regardless of how many. Which we will cover through March 31st, 2001. After that. that charge is up to you. Any other animals must be approved by Kimberly personally, at time of registration, and those fees are separate and your sole responsibility. After all this is a SUGAR GLIDER Get Away. Excellant rates I must say.
For those not staying at the hotel it has been discussed and agreed upon that there will be an "outside" registration fee.
The reason for this is simple. Those staying at the hotel is helping in paying for the banquet room, and conference room. I have tried very hard to get the best deal we can get and this is a workable figure.

f.)whether or not you need a fridge or microwave.. 3.00 each day per item the fridge is on a first come first serve basis.
g.)where you are coming from
h.)your email addy, to send your confirmation to.
i.)credit card number and type
j.)whether or not you are bringing your gliders, (how many isn't necessary i don't think , not for them anyway, unless of course they get curious

in each room a coffee maker, coffee and tea
25" tv with free cable/satellite movies
payperview movies and nintendo available for extra charge
iron and ironing board
shampoo and blow dryer
facilities at the inn:
swimming Pool (indoor)
whirlpool
fitness center
laundry room
Lounge
free breakfast
If you forget something selected toiletries are available free of charge at the desk There is a restaurant located next door to the inn
The fees are 40.00 per room per night plus tax (plus any additionals..)7.00 for each additional person, with a maximum to 4 per room
Please notify me when you get your confirmation, as we need to know exactly who is registering and who isn't.
