Angi,
Welcome to this site. Well, in order for us to be of any help to you, we need to know the ages of your gliders, how long you have had them and we need specific questions that you may have.
How did you get your gliders - on impulse or did you do the research beforehand.
All this information from you will help us get to know you and perhaps better answer any questions you might have.

Hi angi

Welcome to the glider world. They are wonderful pets but they definitely aren't like hamsters or gerbils. What do you feed them? I would recommend doing lots of diet research:

I feed vegetables/fruits, modified leadbeaters mix, and lotsa bugs. Gliders really love crickets and mealworms. Also they like to run and play (but you gotta remember to glider-proof their play room). What kind of cage do you keep them in? Glider cages can be hard to find so most people use a large bird cage (mine are 6ft tall, by 2ft wide coated wire cage from Hagen). It sounds like you are already beginning to bond with your gliders so just continue the good work.

the breeder has themon happy glider food. and i have to take water and soften since they are so young. i will try the leadbeaters mix. speaking of bugs, do you feed them live or freeze dried. if live how do keep the crickets from escaping? the cage i still need to get. i have them in a 10 gal. tank with their pouch inside and a small heat pad. so this is only temperary. i had them for 4 days now. we got them on sat. i fell in love! gizmo and mischief are their names.
