i live in milwaukie, ore.
and there is a vet in beaverton, ore. the name is Southwest Animal Hospital. The doctors name is Mark Burgees. The number there is 503-626-7392. And there office is on the corner of Murrey BLVD, and Allen RD, really easy to find.
And he is an excellent Dr. when its time, he will neuter my little boy. And his prices are really reasonable. and he's really gentle with them. (I was impressed)
I lost one of my gliders to HLP, and he did everything he could to help her, when she did die, they did an autopsy on her for me.
I hope you will give him a call.
and there also is a vet in Salem ore, but he's to far to drive to. if you have any questions, feel free to email me.

I have heard that the Dr. Burgess mentioned earlier is very good. I really don't have need of a vet because my animals are so healthy. I believe if your animals are well taken care of and do not come from inbred stock, one should not need a vet....Also, by the time something very serious develops, it is too late. It is very difficult to put such a small animal under anesthesia if surgery were necessary because it is difficult to determine the necessary dosage. Trust me: If your glider is happy, active, eats well, and is not acting up, you do not need to take him to a vet.
