Had anyone else had a male/female pair of sugar gliders where the female is carrying. Is it normal for the male to become aggressive toward the female? Will the male be aggressive toward the joey(s) when they are OOP?

It's not normal, but it does happen. I haven't found any of my males aggressive toward their own young. All of mine (I can't speak for other people's animals), have been very protective of their young and always help to care for them. (Only one of my males fights with his mate, but I think the female starts it. (He lost his first mate to surgery and his second got out of the cagewhen I was out; she jumped into the toilet and drowned before I got home. . .The moral of the story being that you should learn to always keep the lid to the toilet DOWN.) It is natural to worry about new babies, but gliders generally make excellent parents. Good luck.
