Ive been researching best humidity for gliders,
but some say 45%-50% humidity,
and the others say 70%-90% or 80%.
and a few say 50%-70%
witch is best, or witch do you use?

I would err on ZERO humidity concern. Furry animals just don't care. They exist in the ever changing atmosphere like we do. In their pouches it will be plenty humid and warm as needed. Critters can self regulate. Seasonal changes are natural and healthy.

Just provide water and a healthy diet and all will be just fine.

Worrying about adding humidity will only lead to mold mildew unhealthy conditions.
