Here's Hercules in the little diaper bandage that my vet put on him. It worked very well. The cloceal (sp?) area is open, so you do have have to change the diaper. It prevents them from being able to reach all the way "down there" to self-mutilate.
Lula just woke up, and has a serious case of bedhead!
