Now I just need to find a breeder close to Buffalo, Ny. I know Krys' Kritters is in NY, but she's 6 hrs away Ohio is closer.

Yes ma'am, more glidrs will fix that hankering in your heart. If not, volunteer at a humane society to get your cat fix. Do you really want to have to clean up a litter box and feed a screeching creature or two? Never mind, thats my situation here. I'm not getting rid of them though because they've been here 12+ years.

Hate to say it but if you don't already have one, I wouldn't invite trouble. I know how much you love Mav & Nyx & if something happened to one of them you'd never forgive yourself. Thinking back on the heated thread about introducing gliders to our other pets,...I don't believe in exiling a current pet just because you now have gliders, (refering to the person who mentioned making their cat stay outside now) but as of now, your home is your gliders home 1st, so you would be inviting a predator into their environment, and I firmly believe that no matter how docile a cat is, they are first and foremost a predator of small "rodents." It's not their fault it's just how they are made and to expect them to not act on that is nieve on our part.

I say don't get a cat, just get more gliders!!!!

I have 6 cats!

They are sneaky, and I'm on constant alert to make sure that when I leave the glider room, everyone else leaves with me! You literally have to be constantly vigilant. I know of far too many "I thought I'd closed the cage door, now the cat killed my glider" stories.

We do have two cats but I'd have to say no. Reason being cats are sneaky and can manuever their way into a room without you knowing it.
