I've been using LGRS for almost 2 years and have no complaints and no desire to change. Before that, we did Suncoast for about a year and then decided to try 25/25/50 for over a year before finally switching to LGRS. I don't they were ever on a "bad" diet, but I feel this one is nutritionally sound for my crew. Not saying that others aren't, but I am comfortable with the background and research on this one the most.
