Sometimes when i am in my room my sugar gliders make a weird noise. it sounds like when you spray Windex on a window and then you wipe it.
Are they ok

That's a normal sound for gliders, they spit into their hands when they're cleaning themselves.

It does sound similar to sneezing, which if they're doing it a lot it could indicate a problem so it's good to monitor your glider so you know it's just them cleaning.
