Hi. My first time posting. We have 2 suggies 7 yrs old, male and female. I have so many questions, but for this post it is pertaining to vets. I have been trying to research vets in Tampa that either specialize in suggies and/or have suggies themselves, and maybe reviews. It seems the only thing I found is for Debora A Drake and so far is from 2010. Has anyone had recent experiences with her or any other vets? My female has developed a round lump under her belly area. There has been no change in her eating/cleaning or playing habits. Unfortunately its been almost a month and I don't want to play around waiting. I know this is a forum but please I feel time is of the essence, feel free to email me directly.(if that's allowed) herbwebster@aol.com. Thank you.

Your best bets are either going to be blue pearl in tampa, they have a glider specialist however they are extremely pricey.

Or Marcum road clinic in Lakeland http://www.marcumroadvet.com/ who does have experience with gliders but uses blue pearl for consultations. Prices are much more reasonable with the benefit of getting information and assistance from blue pearl without their prices.....however she will drive diets down your throat for a good while before actually addressing the issue you came for even if you are well versed in diets and dietary information. Once you get past the diet bs she's a good vet and has surgical experience with gliders.

I have recently switched to Marcum road vet despite the dietary debates she insists on having, I'm confident in her abilities and determination with things she may not be experienced with yet.
