what to do when the 16 year old gets a pool table in the basement and you lose your glider room? What to do when the 19 year old moves out? How about a bedroom convert to 2 colony glider room. first cover the closet and make a tv area with safe PVC power wires.
Next cover the window so the shades and screen don't get damaged.
then finally, unlike our southern border, make a GREAT and mobile wall, so I can move it back and forth, giving the gliders that are out of cage the most room possible to run and play.
Of course there is lots more decorations to do. the fleece rope needs to be washed and installed. the wood shelves need to be installed onto the walls. the cat trees need to be moved in along with the cage with the 6 colony. so far only the 5 glider colony is in the room, they seemed to really enjoy their time out of cage last night. the lights have a dimmer installed, but still is pretty bright, so will try removing one of the bulbs, also bought a night light and see how that works, some of our gliders really like it darker to come out and play the best, otherwise they can hide in a darker area. |

Love you room and ideas. My plan is to convert my son's room to a glider room when he moves out at 18 (or hope he does) It looks wonderful. Please post more pics for people like me. |
