Do you think that switching from Instant HPW to AWD would be a good choice?

You might want to talk to someone using the Australian Wombaroo diet to help make your decision.

It appears to be a more complicated diet than many other feeding plans that just have a recipe for a nectar like staple that provides the needed protein, vitamins and calcium.

That said, it probably would be better than the instant HPW that uses powdered eggs and dried honey instead of fresh eggs and natural honey.

The powdered eggs and honey are highly processed and contain additives that gliders do not need.
