How much did you all pay for your gliders? I think it would be interesting to see and also prevent people from paying for an over-priced glider. Also, give your opinions on when you think a sugar glider in 'under-priced' or when they are over-priced. I personally wouldn't buy any sugar glider joeys less than 150 because I think they might defiantly have some health or behavior problems if you can get them that cheap. I also wouldn't pay over 400. dollars for a standard glider note. I just feel that is a bit overpriced. What do you guys think? How much did you pay for your gliders?

400$. My breeder's original price for the Cremeino was 400$ and Ring-Tail 200$-250$. She said she would give us them both for 400$ and we wouldn't have to pay airplane shipping cost either because it was our first pair of gliders! She also bonded with them before sending them to us. What a great breeder!

All of mine have been free due to people unable to care for them then a few of them were born in home from our first two gliders. Most of them are standard coloration then we have two I can’t remember the name for, but they are mostly white with a little bit of black on his face and tail.

I have 3 standards that were $100 -$150. (2 more were free to good home) and a creamino that was 450 but included neutering.

i have 4 that were dropped off at our facility. we are not open to the public so the gliders live at my house. we have bought supplies such as a cage, exercise wheel, glider snacks, etc. my mom made sleeping pouches. I have been buying their food out of pocket. I don't feed any of the formulas or meals that are bought. I buy fruit and vegetables for them. my grocery cart looks like I am a healthy eater but the good food is for our gliders!

I'm sorry that I am writing here because I can tell that most of the people that participated in the poll have big hearts and are very familiar with sugar gliders. I need to find my 2 male sugar gliders a new home. This is breaking my heart but I have to do it. If any of you is interested in adopting 2 suggies at no cost please let me know. I just want somebody that will love them and take good care of them. I'm located in Vienna. Thanks!

I got my 2 from a breeder. One standard grey was $200, the other creamino was $400

I read some of the comments and it reminded me of all the vet bills we had for one of our ladies. So we have probably spent over 5 grand in the last few years just upgrading and making them happy

All of mine have been free and kind of like rescues due to the owners being unable to care for them. Although I’ve probably spent well over 3 grand on supplies for them.

My first couple were $100 for the pair of standard grey boys as pets rehoming off of Craigslist.

And then a 'WFB' (I think he was actually a platinum) was $150 as a pet, out of the other Glider forum. And I got a grey female to pair with him for $50 off of CL.

My first lineage pair was $275 for the mosaic male (abnormally low price, but she had 6 joeys from the last 'sets' when all her pairs were having their next sets.) And the female is a WF Platinum originally $650, but I paid $525 as a discount for her to go with my male from the same breeder.

I have paid anywhere from $200-500 for Leus with lineage and breeding rights..They go upwards of $700 still, but I haven't personally paid that yet. Same on Mosaics.

I would like a BFBB, but I'm waiting to find another price deal, as I'm just not comfortable with $700+ right now. Same on Pieds.

I paid $75 for my Lilo, found on Craigslist and $100 for my Rico (reduced price from $150)

All mine were free...i looked under my pet needs a new home a few times..other times i rescued them from bad situations. I think once I paid 60 for a cage. Its never really free tho. Cost of neauters..vet care..food. But ive never regreted it..ever.

Mine were $150 US each. One's standard gray, the other white face. They were both already neutered and very well-socialized and cared for. The person I bought them from gave me a good deal because I did my reseach beforehand and convinced them I'd properly care for them. I've seen them go for less than that on Craigslist, if I were getting more I wouldn't rule them out based just off of low price because often the people on there are just wanting to be rid of them.

Coral is a mosaic glider, however we got her for free from my aunt, and Sparky is a $250 standard gray.
