Hello
I have a one year old male glider and sometimes his odor is really strong. He is on the BML diet with correct fruits and vegetables, he gets meal worms and occasionally a fruit loop for a snack. I clean his drop pan once a week and do a cage and toy cleaning every other week {not on the same day i do the drop pan} this is also when i change out his pouch and other things like it. He is not neutered cause i haven't had the funds to do it. I clean the cage with warm water and mild dish detergent like dawn. Some days i don't smell anything others are just awful. He is in my bedroom cause its the only place i have to keep his big cage and i keep the door closed because i keep my sons Dachshund when he is at work during the day. I do this because the dog is young and very curious and he would stay in there all day looking at the cage and whining and i'm afraid it would stress out my glider. I do take him out though and keep him with me in his pouch throughout each week. If anyone has any suggestions on other cleaning methods/ products to help they would be greatly appreciated.

over cleaning the cage might precisely be the reason why it smells so much. If they don't find their odor on their territory, they will mark even more agressively, hence making the smell stronger.
I just wipe the bars and ground everyday, but I only clean once a week (and I do it only one side at a time, not whole at once), and I don't have smell issues (and all my males are intact. Yes, they do have a smell, like all animals including humans, but not worse than a dog)

I have the same problem too.
Both my males are neutered and I'm feeding them the Priscilla Price diet.
I must say they pee a lot for one day.. There's 4 of them in one cage..
They stink the whole room and cleaning their cage is a daily routine of mine.
It's a chore but I'm living with my daily routine..
I wish I have a solution for that odour problem..

I really don't have any good advice for you except for neutering. It may be something you want to save up and have done. All of my males are neutered, and it cut the smell drastically. It sounds like you're doing OK with the cage cleaning, because if you were to clean too much, they would go into scent marking overtime. I believe, the amount of protein they consume is also a contributing factor.
