My female sugar glider aged 1 year and 4 months has recently been hiding a lot behind her wheel or under a platform in her cage and doesn’t seem to want to climb on my arm anymore. She’s never done this before and I’m kinda worried she might be sick. I can’t find anything online about this so if any one can tell me why this is I would be very grateful.

Gliders breed. If the males aren't neutered there is a very solid chance she is pregnant.

Do gliders often breed with their siblings and if so how would I be able to tell if she was pregnant?

Her body seems completely fine and healthy.
She still eats and poops as much as she used to and the poop looks the same.
She shares the cage with her brother.
But she doesn’t seem to want to leave the cage so I haven’t been able to play with her recently and she doesn’t play on her wheel anymore, only hides behind it.

Have you picked her up and examined her whole body yet?
That can be extremely helpful. Does she eat normally? Play normally otherwise?
How does her poop look?
Is she in the cage with anyone else?
These answers can help a lot^
