Hello,

My sugar glider escaped from one of the cage's food doors. She has been with me for about a month. My house is a villa of 2 floors. The cage is in an open corridor so she could be anywhere. I've searched for her in the areas around the corridor but there's no evidence. I also spread some apples. It's almost impossible that she's outdoors so she must be indoors but the house is large.

What shall I do?
And do you think she can fit under the door (~0.5 inch)?

Put out their favorite and strongest smelling food everywhere. Listen in rooms and if you have anyone living with you split up and sit silently in a room at night. If they respond to your noises talk to them. Wake them up. Listen Listen Listen. The glider could be in a random pocket or spot. Look look look.

It’s hard when it is such a large house. When I lost a glider I turned off all lights at night and listened for it. It took hours but It’s advice I got and it worked. Watch where you step. Close all toilet tops. If there is a treat they like more than apples use that. Glider cages are not to be wider than 1/2 inch so you are probably safe there but I’m not positive and I don’t know how old your glider is.
