First thing I'm going to do is caution you on the Wodent Wheel. A few months back someones' glider tore it's entire tail off while running on one, and another persons glider got a paw stuck. There are more stories of gliders getting hurt on them but I won't go into all of them.... and yes, the white axle cover was on the one that lost her tail.

That being said, the sandpaper insert I believe has a sticky backing....you should just need to peel it off and stick it on...if not I think you just lay it right on top of the green plastic part and put the wheel back together, but also be aware that your glider running on the sandpaper can damage it's soft paw padding....that's why you're not supposed to leave it in all the time. (and why other wheels such as the Raptor or Stealth have a mesh surface with the sandpaper insert being attached on the outside so the padding touches the mesh and the tips of the nails go thru, basically being filed by the sandpaper without harming the feet.)

The wodent wheel I had with the trimmer track, you had to actually install the new track onto it and take out the original. You have to dismantle it by taking out the pin that holds it all together, then insert it.
