Sure, all of the above. Blackberries are fairly high in calcium, 1.5:1. Blueberries are much lower, 0.5:1, but they're otherwise very healthy and contain lots of antioxidants. Cranberries rank 1.25:1; feed them in moderation because they're generally sweetened with sugar. They're excellent for urinary tract health, and it's suggested that they're a natural probiotic.
