How long can you keep them in the bonding pouch when the sleeping during the day. Does it help them bond if they are in there longer?

Obviously, the more you spend time with them, the better. They can be in the bonding pouch all day as long as they are comfortable and not showing any stress.

I've got three of my gliders in a bonding pouch around my neck right now. They've been with me since 11:30 am. It's 8:30 pm now. Nine hours later and they are still happy as clams.

I only carried mine around in a bonding pouch for about a half an hour total and felt like a weirdo. I like the tent method of bonding better. I personaly think its better and safer to let them sleep in their cage during the day and just spend alot of time in a tent watching TV at night JMO. Good luck.

As Dahlia said, as you can keep them in there all day if you like! But make sure they are actually sleeping... Otherwise they could easily be stressed out. (ie: I wouldn't do really noisy things like vacuum, run, listen to really lous music, ect...)

I don't leave the house with them or do anything that will jostle them around too much. Most of the time I'm sitting still, reading, writing, watching a movie, or on the computer. VAST majority of the time, they aren't in the bonding pouch but in my shirt, as they prefer it. But for some reason today, they took to the bonding pouch a few hours after I had gotten them out and they've been happy there ever since, so I left them in it and with me. I wasn't planning on keeping them out this long (I usually only have them out for between two and four hours) but was using today's adventure as an example.

I take mine out in the pouch during the day; they don't seem to mind noise or movement. However, they don't like being in the pouch at night, when they're active. When I carry them around, I take them out every 3 hours or so to bathroom, so the pouch stays clean.

I will clarify though, that it is important that they sleep well during the day. If you are going to have them out for very long periods of time, you don't want to be jostling them around so much that they can't sleep well. You'll have some sluggish babies come nightfall. So it is important to make sure they aren't struggling or too restless. It's normal for them to wake up for a few minutes and jostle for a new position, but then they go back to sleep. If they aren't settling down, then it's time to put them back in the cage so they can sleep easy.
