[img=left]http://www.luckyglider.org/images/luckyglider001004.jpg[/img=left]You are invited to join us at the next MeetUp Event of Lucky Glider Rescue & Sanctuary on January 29th from Noon to Five PM.
This is an "open house" event. Casual. Free Food. No Charge. You will be able to tour the rescue and meet both sugar gliders and farm animals we care for. All questions welcome during the visit.

A casual get together to become acquainted with Lucky Glider Rescue (LGRS). We are a 501(c)3 public charity who rescues, rehabilitates, educates, and re-homes. We care for gliders and also farm animals.
WHY
LGRS regularly invites the local sugar glider community; glider enthusiasts and people interested in learning about sugar gliders to the rescue to become acquainted with one another. This will be our first event in the new home of LGRS in Van Alstyne TX.
Many people here in TX are not yet familiar with LGRS because after living in Las Vegas for ten years, we just recently moved. This is a great opportunity to find out more about our rescue operation, meet the animals, and have a good time with other glider folks.

WHERE
Van Alstyne, TX 75495. The rescue is located approximately (1) hour north of Dallas, TX and (40) minutes south of the Sherman / Denison, TX areas. RSVP attendance for directions.
ACTIVITIES
[•] Touring the rescue
[•] Friends: a gracious and charitable offer to bring supplies for making glider toys
[•] Volunteers have offered to do general cage clean up
[•] Glider knowledge exchange: a perfect time for sharing your experiences
A casual buffet lunch will be served.
