**This will be called "EVENT PLANNING MEETING", so as not to confuse it with:
***COTIES Clinic, Event on May 5th, 2012**
These meetings will strictly be for discussions and planning procedures involving the events for COTIES CLINIC, (so the clinic can include as much information and education as possible, in one day).
We are asking for volunteers to help make this day a success. Small tasks for each of us will get the job done! We need help in many areas, from; web hosting, forum posting and/or maintaining posts to collecting & tracking all donations (so everyone that donates gets proper acknowledgment), to registration management, paper plates, cups & drink donations, to helping stuff the guests gift bags to name a few.
We will need “Glider related” donations from everyone to help make this possible. Any items big and small will be appreciated. Items are needed for Raffles, Door Prizes, Drawings, gift bags etc.
An example of welcomed items may include: Cage sets, cage pouches, bonding pouches, toys, Sugar Glider Wheels, Sugar Glider treadmills, water bottles, food dishes, etc.
Emergency items - small needleless syringes, small needleless saline syringes, baby or sanitary wipes, (any size) glider blankies, (any size) fleece, cuticle clippers, small apple juice boxes, eyelash/brow groomer brush.
Toys or toy making supplies - C Clips, ping pong balls, Easter eggs, drinking straws, hand warmers, feathers, children’s bracelets, army men, whiffle balls, small plastic bugs, plastic shot glasses, dry mealies, yoggie drops, small & large kitchens and anything else will greatly be appreciated.
$$ Currency will also be accepted in leu of glider items. (TGI won’t mind the cash, I’m sure). $$
