I have noticed a small, hard lump in Sydney's pouch a few weeks ago, and I have been able to touch it more since. Last weekend we took her and Max to a breeder and she claimed that there were no babies. Could it really be joeys or something serious I should get checked? Other than the lump she is happy and healthy. Not really much abnormal acting coming from her. Please help!

If she is housed with an intact male - then it may be a joey. Wait and watch to see if the 'lump' gradually gets larger.

Be VERY careful trying to feel the lump. If it is a small joey and you cause it to detach from the nipple - it will not be able to reattach and will not survive.
