Sounds like she may have bruised or even broken her tail.
What type of Wheel does she have?
Wodent Wheels and Hamster wheels are known for causing severe tail injuries in gliders. If you have either of these - remove them from the cage immediately.
If the skin is not broken then just keep a close eye on her - if she is paying much attention to the area a trip to the vet needs to happen ASAP for treatment and pain medications.
If the area beyond the bump turns dark or discolored - that is a vet emergency because that would be a sign that the area has lost circulation and will become infected if not treated immediately.
