Female glider's are not generally spayed as cats and dogs are. Female Sugar gliders have a very complicated reproductive system with double uterus. The surgery on such a small animal would be very invasive and life threatening.
If she is housed with an intact male glider it is always a possibility that she is either pregnant or has already given birth and has joeys "in Pouch" that she is providing milk for.
Your glider population may be about to increase to 6 gliders.
You may want to consider neutering all male gliders in your colony to prevent additional joeys and the problems that might come up due to inbreeding if you do not know the lineage (family tree) for your gliders to guarantee they are not related.
