Candy, I don't see water chestnuts or baby corn cobs anywhere on your list, anyone know the C:P ratio?

Waterchestnuts are high in phosphorus - ratio 0.19:1

Baby Corn is also high in phosphorus - regular corn is 0.02:1

You might offer a small piece of either as a treat but not as the vegetable for the night's dinner.

Also, if you are using either one from a can - there is probably a lot of salt added - read the labels.
