I need a travel bounding pouch big enough for 3 gliders. I've been looking everywhere and can't find one big enough. I'm going to pick up my new gliders in about 8 weeks, they just got OOP. It has to be comfortable enough for one to travel with me for 4+ hours and big enough for all 3 to come back in. If anyone knows where I can find one please let me know.

SuburbanSugar makes pouches but her etsy store is closed right now ( she restocking) I have several pouches she made and all of them will hold all 4 of my gliders( and they are all about a year old or older) She can be reached by messaging on etsy or instagram under the same name. I know she just joined on here but I not sure how often she gets on the computer. ( yes she my wife lol) but the etsy store is her thing) I inform her you may be contacting her.

Candy, a member here, sells them. I'm not sure if the tab on her website for ordering works but her contact email is there. http://www.gliderkids-diet.com/Products.html

I do make a large bonding pouch that can hold a colony of gliders comfortably. check my web page to see if the design interests you.

There are a few things you also need to consider before you go pick up your new joeys.

How old is your current glider? and how big is he/she? It may not be safe to put two small joeys with your glider if he/she is an adult or is much larger than the joeys.

If your glider is older or much larger than the joeys, you may need a second cage to do gradual introductions (read about intros in the Gliderpedia found in the forum header) once you get the joeys home and settled in. They may need a little time to grow closer to your current glider's size before you form a colony.

It is generally not recommended that you just put new gliders with your current glider without some gradual introductions and even then only after all of the gliders have been vet checked to make sure there are no parasite issues that might be shared.

If your glider has been vet checked and is parasite free you can ask the breeder to at least have the joey's parents checked for parasites, if it has not been done recently to insure you are not putting your glider at risk.

If your glider is young and you are taking him/her with you for the breeder to do the introductions, I would also take an extra bonding pouch along in case the introductions do not go smoothly and you are not able to safely leave the three gliders together for the trip home. You might also need to separate them if the begin fighting during the trip.

It is not recommended that you wear a bonding pouch if you are sitting in the front seat of a car while traveling. In the unlikely event that you are in an accident, the airbags would protect you, but the force might crush the gliders. For long distances, I use a small hamster cage secured on the seat of the car so I can hang the glider's sleeping pouch in the cage. For short trips I use my GliderKids Carriers hung from the headrest in the back seat. I pin the zipper closed for good measure in case my gliders decide to try to open the zipper while I am driving.

Thanks for the tips Candy! :)). We do have a smaller cage for intros and a smaller pouch for my current glider, just in case intros don't go so well at the breeders. She has met a younger Joey before and became friends with her, but they moved a little bit ago. So now I'm prying that she takes in the little ones sense she didn't have any troubles with my friends glider. We have a travel cage for Dean (my current glider), I was thinking of putting both the pouches in the cage and strapping it down.
P.S. Dean is a girl who we got from pocket pets. They sexed her wrong. The Joeys I'm picking up in April are from a breeder I've been talking too for about 5 months now who is also a vet tech and does health inspections before selling her gliders.
