So cute! Love the white tail. What do you have your cage/ball pit lined with - that hunter green color? Do you have a PVC pipe cage? Is the ball pit built in? I am building my cage now so that is why I'm asking/interested! Thanks!

It's lined with strips of fleece! It's not built in but they do have a buit in "kitchen." And yes it's PVC/mesh.

Nice cage! Love it! We have our frame and are getting ready to put the mesh on; how do you actually do that? I haven't done it yet cause I'm scared I don't know how and I'll mess it up. do you just wrap on outside of the pipe frame and zip tie around each pipe as you go?
What do you have as the bottom or as a tray? I got a appliance plastic tray I'm trying to work into the bottom frame part

Thank you They love it too. Yes, we attached the mesh by wrapping the zip tie around it and the pipe, just make sure you don't leave any large gaps between zip ties. We used larger zip ties to attach the roof.

Also make sure that you cut the ends off of the zip ties completely and move that part towards the outside so they can't cut themselves on it.

We put mesh on the bottom also and we have a carpet on the bottom, but I have to sweep the carpet every day and wash it often to keep it clean.

I think we are going to put it on wheels with a tray under it, though. That way we can move it around and just empty the tray, but we will have to mount the stealth wheel.

Be creative! There are so many things you can do- we have a little kitchen built in with a tray under it. You could also build shelves and things like that.

Thank you again for all the info!! I will face the zip ties on outside! We did do a few built in shelves! On the mesh, do you cut it to size of each side then attach or do you just take the roll of mesh and wrap and zip tie as you wrap around the frame? We are finishing our cage this weekend so wish me luck!

We measured and cut the mesh before attaching it. That's great!
