For just a week they should be fine with a protein, fruit and veggies. Eggs and boiled (ONLY boiled) chicken are a good protein source, mealworms are too but they are high in fat. I've heard people feed shrimp as well, but that is also high in fat. The majority of the food should be fruits and veggies, so dont overdo the protein.
I did find this, it is good for 30 days for 2 gliders so obviously you dont need so much, but it at least gives you a good idea as to how much u should feed of each and what you can feed.

Don't stress too much. As long as the food is good for them and they are full, one week isn't going to hurt them :)
