Hello, wonder if anyone else experienced this.

My lil crabby Ellie, she crab much lesser these days, still a drama queen. Anyways, I realise she loves loves mealworms. I guess most gliders do. So I've been noticing something interesting for the last 1 month.

I don't usually feed my gliders mealworms. I only feed them when I clip their nails. (to compensate for their emotional stress ) So I normally start off feeding 2-3 mealworms before settling them into nail-clipping pouch. Ellie will start purring whenever she put mealworms into her mouth. Then she gets upset when i clip her nails. She crabs. There are stil mealies in her hands. She eats. She purrs, she crabs, she purrs, she crabs. It makes me laugh a lil, to be honest.

Just wondering, is this normal? Is she okay? I'm wondering if her crab is not so much out of fear, but annoyance? Is it possible she doesn't really know how to make other sound?

I've heard my Effie crab, psst, bark, sniff, purr... as for Ellie, I've only really ever heard her purr and crab.
