Hello Everyone,

We just adopted 2 year old mother and father along with their 5 month old baby girl. The original owners had the baby still living in the same cage. Should we separate the baby now. Just worried about her getting separation anxiety and depressed. Since she has been with them for some time now.

Thank You!
Steve

That depends on wether you plan to neuter the father. If you neuter him then she can stay with the family.

She may get lonely and depressed. Best way to fix that is to get her a companion and start the introduction process. Or sell her to someone who has a friend for her. They are social animals so it's important to keep them in pairs or more.
