Hey so I know that gliders can eat frozen and thawed veggies but I'm just wondering about cooked? Like would it be alright to share my cooked peas, corn, carrots etc etc with my glider? If so could it be a staple food source or should it be just a random treat thing?

Fairly certain they can as long as it isn't canned or processed foods. Make sure to read all labels etc to make sure your sugar bear doesn't get sick!

Excellent point about avoiding canned and processed foods! I was at a pizza place recently and decided to save a small piece of pineapple for my glider. I later learned that they use canned pineapple which is not good for gliders. Fresh or frozen fruits and veggies are best.

There are certain foods that my glider prefers cooked, like carrots, green beans, and occasionally broccoli. Others, like peas, she prefers raw. I think either are fine, as long as they don't have any seasonings.
