For the longest time the only thing I knew about sugar gliders was that they had a forked genitalia. Oddly enough, this somehow didn't deter me from wanting some as pets.

The first thing I knew about sugar gliders was that "flying squirrels are a better alternative to sugar gliders as pets" or something along those lines which someone said online. We got curious about sugar gliders which we had never heard of, researched them, and decided to get our own.
