So, I was looking things I could do to make my own yogurt drops and I found a recipe meant for babies that had egg whites and yogurt, then throwing that mixture into a dehydrator. Is it safe for sugar gliders with the egg whites?
Also, would I be able to use yogurt drops meant for hamsters/ rodents? As long as I checked the ingredients and made sure nothing bad for suggies was in there?

Be careful about salmonella when dealing with raw egg whites. Aside from that, the protein in egg whites is good for the gliders so shouldn't be an issue.

As far as commercial yogurt drops go, you should be okay but do check the ingredient lists for bad items. I can't imagine someone putting onion or garlic in yogurt drops but you never know ... ;-)
