Help!
My glider has a swollen eye. My vet is only open to emergencies because of the coronavirus and they don't feel this is an emergency. He is 11 years old and never has eye issues before. I don't know what to do!

Ask your vet if they can give you a course of metacam to reduce the swelling and provide pain relief.

This happened to ours, took her in and I got her on antibiotic but then I noticed oozing from her eye. I took her back for a recheck Friday and he said her eye ruptured and she would need an enucleation. She is 9 and I am not sure if we want to put her through that.
