I have had 2 gliders who are just over 8 years old, and one has recently passed away due to medical complications. My other is very healthy and seems to be doing OK behaviorally so far (it's been about a week).

I am hoping to get some suggestions and support for what I can do to help keep her mentally healthy now that she is alone.

Are there activities or items that can/have helped with this?

If I can avoid it, I do not want to add another glider to our home since I don't think I want to continue having gliders after she has passed (although they are amazing animals). Also, she is one that is very controlling and I fear a change that big might not be worth the added stress if we can avoid it.
