If you're going to spend $100 on a cage, I recommend the one I linked to. Simply because you're going to get a bigger cage for your money. You're right, you'll probably get bitten a few times. Check out this page for bonding tips http://www.sugarglider.com/gliderpedia/index.asp?bonding Depending on how much they were handled before you get them makes all the difference. If they were handled frequently, you might get lucky and it'll only take a few weeks to bond. If they WEREN'T handled often, it might take a few months or even longer. It's well worth it though.

Aw okay that makes since there is a pet store that has exotic animals n when I asked about cages the woman showed me one made for gliders n it was 100 it was also 3+ feet tall n about 2 feet all around I may go for that one instead.and no I don't think you are being harsh I need to know the right info. I know all anilas tend to bite n act as they should but are they that hard to tame at 8-11 weeks out of pouch?

I'm so happy you found this site too, I think you'll learn a lot. =] I have to let you know, though, that's way too small. Gliders should never be kept in cages any smaller than 3 feet high, 2 feet wide and 2 feet deep. And that's an absolute minimum. Some people can build PVC cages that are 6 feet tall for around $100. I personally bought mine off ebay for $100 and it's almost 5 feet tall. Here's a link for it http://cgi.ebay.com/5-level-Bird-Sugar-Glider-Chinchilla-Ferret-Rat-cages-/330455360153?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4cf0aca299 I know it seems like since they're so small the cage is huge, but gliders have SO much energy that they have to have room to run around in. I'm excited for you getting your new gliders. You can put them in the starter cage, but you need to look at getting a bigger cage and getting it ordered ASAP. How much did you pay for it? You can usually find a cheap temporary cage on craigslist. I hope I don't sound harsh and instead sound helpful, that's how I'm meaning it to sound anyway. =] Let me know if I can help you in any other way and post pics when you get your new fuzzies!

How big is the starter cage? Also, it will be no harder to bond with one than it is with 2, and it's better for the gliders. =] If you post in the forum section [glider gossip at the top of the page] you will get more answers faster to your questions since many people don't come to the journals page.
