I think Serenity and I are continuing to hit it off well. :) I brought her her nightly fruit, some honeydew with vitamin sprinkles, and she just hopped onto my hand and literally ate out of my palm for a solid two minutes, then kinda fell into a routine of "hop on the wheel, run a bit, hop on Jerry's hand, eat honeydew, repeat ad infinitum" :) I feel like she really trusts me a lot now, though only when it's /just/ me - if I'm with someone else, she's still very skittish.
