Can adult gliders be potty trained? 1 y.o.)

I just got 1 year old brothers from a wonderful family. They're quite social and friendly. They never bite strangers, but I'm having trouble getting them potty trained. I've seen the videos on how to potty train fresh OOP joeys, but they climb around so fast now, that I feel like it's impossible to train them. As far as our bonding goes, I take them with me to work 4 out of five days per week, and I bring multiple pouches during the day in case they go in the pouch. I have a feeling that once we are bonded, they will stay in my hands for potty training. I know they're clean little animals, and they like a clean pouch. Can someone help me with tips on how to care for them during potty training? How to potty train adult gliders?

The truth is that you cannot potty train gliders, joeys and adults alike, they will do their things regardless of where they are (or on who) if they feel the need to. There are a few tricks though : *They usually do not go in their pouch (and they usually are there only for sleeping) *They usually go after they wake up, so the best thing is to wait 10 minutes after they wake up before letting them out of their cage. It's not 100% that they won't do it after (especially since they like to mark their human tree by peing on it) but it limits the occurances.
