my two babies are about 8 months old now. they are not bonding with me. they like to play out of the cage. when i'm around, expect for feeding time, they run away. won't let me touch them.

I would get in small room, bathroom or closet for example, turn down the lights, have LIVE mealworms available. then let them run around the small area and they HAVE to be near me, ALSO, I would not move or try to grab them, just sit and play on my phone game. Feed them a live mealworm every 10 minutes for 40 minutes. If I put my hand towards them I would keep it LOW and STILL, so they can chose to come and sniff me. I would do this for 40 minutes once a day at most. Let them explore you on their own time and comfort. If things go well in a FEW tries, then try to pet them. I put mine on me, and let them have a ride to the frig for live mealworms. over time they are ready to jump on me for a ride to snack town!
