 Help please!!

I need help. Sorry this is a lot of information but I have done all the reading I can and need more direct answers. I have two neutered boys (owned for a year and a half), and two females (owned for about a month). I admit I was not a very good glider mom with the boys from for the time I've owned them. They were very difficult and almost aggressive. I attempted bonding in a pouch and was unsuccessful. So during the year and a half I upgraded their cage to a large one and was always buying them new additions for the cage to keep things fresh. They do know who I am will take treats from me even let me pet them but as soon as I try and pick them up they back away or if I'm letting them smell me they will begin to lick and eventually bite. I'm trying to not pull away but is difficult to stop that reaction. After getting the females we left them separate for the first week to acclimate along with switching items in both cages. When it came time to introduce I put them in a nuteral area and seemed to go fine. We combined the girls large cage with the boys larger cage and made glider mansion. After the first few days together my smaller male and female have been getting into fights where they crab and lunge at each other from across the cage. In the last couple weeks I have been making a valid effort to be using a bonding pouch and scarf along with taking them with me on small errands, doing chores and watching tv. I think that's enough for his entry but there is more......
