 Sleeping problems.

I'm a new owner of a glider. Her name is Lilly, I could only get one because that's all my parents would allow, I'm 16. I spend as much time with her as possible, and she's very well bonded with me. I know you're not supposed to get one glider but I make sure Lilly isn't lonley without another glider buddy. I've been noticing recently that when I'm holding her in her pouch or even when she's in her sleeping pouches, when she falls asleep or starts to she'll shake. It isn't like a tremble it's like a spasm. I'll move her to wake up up and pet her so she calms down, then she goes right back asleep and it doesn't happen again. Had anyone ever had problems like this with their glider? She doesn't show any signs of being sick and I give her a healthy diet and keep her cage clean. I don't keep her in her cage a lot unless I'm at school or busy. I'm just wondering if this could be a glider habit? Also sometimes when it's her "day" time at night I won't hear her up, and she'll be in her cage. Does this mean she's not feeling well or is she just still tired? I hope I can get some answers, thanks. (:
