I decided to start a journal to see my progress with my sugar gliders through time. I got my first 3 sugar gliders a couple months ago and thought I did my research, but I never knew there was so much to them. I am still studying and learning. So then about 3 weeks ago I decided I would like breed my sugar glider to have one or two joeys. So I bought an unneutered male with a cage that is a little bit bigger than the first one. I have been buying pouches, making pouches, food and treats and toys and vitamins and everything else I see necessary because I'm falling in love with my little suggies. They're previous owners didn't have time for them so I am slowing getting them used to me an not to mention buttering them up with lots of goodies. Progress is slow, but steady. The males will come out and climb on me a little bit, the females are a bit more caucious. Hopefully, in time, they will all bond with me. In the meantime, I'm saving up for a bigger cage and weighing the pros and cons of starting a mealworm farm. Guess that's enough for one log. I'll have plenty more next time as they are always suprising me.
